Dr. Franco has over 2000 CE hours in implant surgery- rehabilitation and cosmetic dentistry, among his more relevant courses are the AACD 2006 San Diego,CA annual meeting, ITI ´s New York 2006 session, ICOI´s New York 2007 winter session and the AAID´s 2008 Annual Meeting at San Diego, CA . Dr. Franco has attended US and Costa Rica training courses of all the main implant companies such as 31 Biomet. Zimmer, Imtec, OCO, Intralock, Straumann, Nobel Biocare, etc.
Dr. Franco Fernandez, since 2008, is teaching and helping other dentists to place and restore implants, he is a 3M-Imtec Clinical Instructor for Costa Rica.
